Chief Secretary led cleanliness drive at A.R. Ground and Dawrpui bazar area as part of Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign

Aizawl, the 1st October 2023: As part of ‘Ek Tareekh Ek Ghanta Ek Saath’ - the national call to action for 1 Hour of citizen-led ‘Shramdaan for Swachhata’ at 10 AM, Chief Secretary Dr. Renu Sharma led cleanliness drive at A.R. Ground and Dawrpui Bazar area. She was accompanied by Smt. Nazuk Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Aizawl District.

The cleaning procession including 2 (Lakhimpur) Bn. Assam Rifles and Officials from PHED, UD&PA and DC Aizawl office took part in cleaning the vast area of A.R Ground as well as the main street of Dawrpui bazar.
