Circular of Home Department regarding validity of Temporary ILP

Aizawl, the 16^th October 2020 : Home Department issued a circular regarding validity of Temporary ILP on 13^th October 2020. According to the circular, the validity of Temporary ILPs issued by Temporary ILP issuing authorities shall be from the date of discharge from quarantine facilities. In cases where the proposed stay if the Temporary ILP holder is more than the validity of the Temporary ILP, regular ILP is to be obtained as per existing ILP guidelines within the stipulated period. Actions are to be taken by concerned authorities in cases of overstay and failure to obtain regular ILP as per existing ILP guidelines.
