CLEANLINESS WEEK 2021 TO BE OBSERVED IN KOLASIB DISTRICT

Aizawl 27th September 2021: Cleanliness week 2021 will be observed from 2nd - 8th October with the theme ‘Cleanliness – From our Home and its vicinity’ in Kolasib district.

A meeting of the Kolasib Town Sanitation Task Force was held today at DC's Conference Hall, where programmes were chalked out for the coming Cleanliness Week in the district, while maintaining utmost precautionary measures to observe Covid Appropriate behaviour. The Cleanliness Week will comprise of events such as public awareness programs, cleanliness drive on private properties and Government establishments and Cleanliness inspections of all localities including market places, healthcare facilities, restaurants and hotels.
