Aizawl, September 18, 2024:  An informative financial awareness program on the NPS Vatsalya scheme was successfully conducted at Tuikual Presbyterian English School, Aizawl. The event was organized by the District Development Manager (DDM-R) of Aizawl, NABARD.

The DDM-R, Aizawl, NABARD, provided an insightful briefing on the NPS Vatsalya scheme, highlighting its key benefits such as financial security, early retirement planning, and the power of compounding.

Shri Kamlesh Kumar, Development Assistant at NABARD, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the scheme's guidelines. The session was highly interactive, with students actively engaging and participating in a quiz to reinforce their understanding.

NPS Vatsalya, a scheme under the National Pension System, is designed to secure the financial future of minors under 18 years of age through early investment and the benefits of compounding. Parents can start investing with a minimum contribution of 1,000 per year, ensuring long-term financial stability for their children.
