Disaster Management & Rehabilitation Department's Order regarding movement of goods and persons at Inter-State Borders

Dated Aizawl, the 20th September, 2020: In partial modification of Disaster Management & Rehabilitation Department's Order No.B. 13021/ 101/2020-DMR/Pt.III dated 31.08.2020 regarding unlock measures to be implemented during the month of September, 2020, Clause I(A) of the guidelines, regarding movement of goods and persons, the following modifications are made as given below:

Clause I(A): Inter-State Borders

1. Entry points at Bairabi, Vairengte and Kanhmun shall remain open for movement of goods and entry of passenger vehicles.

2. Lengpui airport shall remain open. However, landing of commercial passenger flights shall be regulated by the General Administration Department (Civil Aviation Wing), Government of Mizoram in consultation with airlines operating to and fro Lengpui airport, depending upon the assessment of passenger traffic.
