Aizawl, the 11th June 2023: The inaugural function of the Foundation Training of Combined Civil Services Officers, 2024 was held at Aizawl Training Institute today at 2:15 pm. Pu K. Sapdanga, Minister of Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (DP&AR) inaugurated the function as Chief Guest.

Pu K. Sapdanga, Minister, DP&AR congratulated the newly recruited officers on clearing the Combined Civil Services Exam, 2023 and wished them well wishes for their future endeavours. The Minister paraphrased Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, saying that he hopes the recruits will become "steel frames of the state of Mizoram" and expressed his hope that they would be important servants to the government and the people. He added that all the government servants are transferable and that all the transfer and posting orders must be adhered to.

Pu K. Lalthawmmawia, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, DP&AR and representatives of MCSA, MFASA, MPSA and MISA were also present today as special guests and gave speeches to guide and inspire the newly recruited officers.

Pi Maria CT Zuali, Director, ATI chaired the proceedings. The program concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Pu Mark Lalthanliana, Joint Director, ATI & Course Director.
