DVO CHAMPHAI INAUGURATED MITHUN SHELTER AT KAWLBEM

Mithun Shelter and drinking facilities constructed under first installment of Fostering Climate Resilient Upland Farming System in the Northeast (FOCUS) project at Kawlbem village was inaugurated by Dr.B.Zonghinga, DVO Champhai, today.

Undivided Champhai district presently has around 20 Mithun rearing villages, out of which 10 villages; Kawlbem, Vangtlang, Hnahlan, Tualcheng, Khuangleng, Lianpui, Sazep, Vangchhia, Samthang and Farkawn have been selected for implementing first phase of FOCUS project
