Any citizen of India who has attained 18 years of age on 01.01.2022 but has not been enrolled in the Electoral Roll may submit their applications for inclusion to ER0/AERO/BLO and existing electors may submit applications for correction of details, shifting and transposition. Applications can also be submitted online through nvsp.in/, voterportal.eci.gov.in/ and Voter Helpline App.
