Government of Mizoram to observe State Mourning of the Late Shri Parkash Singh Badal

Aizawl, the 28th April 2023: As a mark of respect to Shri Parkash Singh Badal, the former Chief Minister of Punjab who passed away on 25th April, 2023, Government of Mizoram notified two days of State Mourning to be observed on 26th and 27th April, 2023 throughout the State.

During the period of State Mourning, the National Flag will be flown at half mast on all buildings where National Flag is flown regularly and there will be no official entertainment on these two days.
