Today (12th March, 2010) is a proud and historic day for the State of Mizoram. This tiny State in the North East corner of India has found a place in the Guinness Book of World Record in which 10,736 dancers have set a new World Record in Bamboo Dance (Cheraw). I convey my heartiest congratulations to the people of the State. This feat has been possible through the united effort of the Government and the people of Mizoram. I wish the people of the State greater achievements in the years to come.
