Aizawl, the 11th March, 2021: Health Minister Dr. R.Lalthangliana inaugurates a two-day state level workshop on ‘Training of trainers’  on Integrated Health Information Platform under IDSP’ today at DHS Conference Hall, Aizawl.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister stated that Integrated Health Information Platform is a paperless real time documented tool which will empower us to take timely measures during a disease outbreak. He urged that the idea is to reduce the morbidity and mortality and lessening disease burden in the population and better health systems. He called all the participants to carry out the training with zeal and enthusiasm so that it will help to understand the importance of surveillance regarding early outbreak detection and informed public health response.
