In another innovative step towards fighting the Covid-19 threat, Mizoram's ICT Minister Robert Romawia Royte today launched the 'mCOVID-19' mobile application, which will provide its users all necessary and correct information regarding COVID-19.


CT Minister Robert Romawia Royte lauded the ICT Department engineers' initiative to come up with the ‘mCOVID-19 mobile application’ without asking for any funds from the government. The mobile app is hoped to be a big help for the State Level Task Force, the Department of Health & Family Welfare, the Department of Disaster, Management & Rehabilitation  as well as the general public.


mCOVID-19 mobile application will carry the following features :
1. Newest updates on Covid-19 in Mizoram, India and the World
2. Quarantine under the Health Department
3. Contribution/Aid for COVID-19
4. Registration and networking for various Task Forces
5. New and reliable information on COVID-19
6. Relevant and informative videos on COVID-19
7. Channel for contribution towards the CM's Relief Fund
8. Suggestions regarding COVID-19
9. Submission of names, qualification, address, etc. of all volunteers for fight against COVID-19.

Users of mCOVID-19 application may use the phone browser mcovid19.mizoram.gov.in, where they can download, install and swipe screen to start using the app.
