INVESTITURE CEREMONY 23 SECTOR ASSAM RIFLES

Investiture Ceremony of 23 Sector and 21 Sector Assam Rifles was conducted at 26 Assam Rifles auditorium hall on 19 May 2011. Brig S K Verma, Commander 23 Sector Assam Rifles was the chief guest for the function. 23 Jawans of Assam Rifles were facilitated during the function in which 04 were presented with Governor Gold Medal, 15 with Governor's silver medal and 04 DGAR commendation cards. Various dignitaries and government officials were present during the occasion.
