Kolasib dated 14th May 2021: As Kolasib district continues its fight against the Covid19 pandemic, various political leaders, churches, NGOs and individuals have stepped in and contributed both in cash and kind to the district administration.

Soon after the donation of Medical Ambulance by Supply Minister to Bairabi PHC, two Tata Sumos were also handed to Joint VC Kolasib Town and Bairabi to be used during these hard times. Serlui MLA Mr Lalrinsanga Ralte also donated Ambulance to Bilkhawthlir PHC yesterday and Vairengte CHC this morning. Mr.CT Mawia, a resident of Diakkawn, Kolasib also handed over a brand new Maruti Ecco Van to the Deputy Commissioner Kolasib yesterday, to be used primarily for transportation of Covid-19 patients.
