KOLASIB GEARS UP TO BE ‘GARBAGE FREE'

Aizawl dated 25th March 2022: The Kolasib Town Sanitation Task Force took met today at the DC's Conference Hall to discuss hot to attain the goal of becoming a 1-Star Rated ‘Garbage Free City’.

The Committee agreed on mobilizing all Village Councils within Kolasib town to dedicate 1 day for ‘Mass Cleanliness Drive’ before the end of March 2022. Besides cleaning of the town area, the Cleanliness Drive will include cleaning of streams and rivers and beatification of various locations.
