Aizawl the 3rd November 2022 : On 3.11.2022 YMA Kawlkulh Branch celebrated their Diamond Jubilee into which the first day of celebration is accompanied by Mr.L. Thangmawia MLA, Lengteng A/C as Chief Guest. The MLA had also visited some of the ongoing works within his constituency.

In this YMA Diamond Jubilee celebration Mr. L. Thangmawia offered his reverence to all the dedicated individuals who have earnestly work for the betterment of Kawlkulh village. Due to the outspread of Covid within the four years’ time of being an MLA he could utiilise only one year for the progress of the people and its society, for such reason he requests the people’s understanding and forgiveness for his inability to achieve people’s expectations. Apart from this he requests the co-operation of YMA members as previously done by the members in the passing years.

On the same day Mr. L. Thangmawia visited different ongoing works. He further inspects the digging of Kawlkulh by-pass road and humbly request the workers to finish the work by December 2022 and finish blacktopping of the road before the coming of the monsoon season. Apart from this he visits the on-going construction of Health Clinic Centre at Puilo village and inform that Health Worker and Helper will be placed as soon as the construction work is done.
Mr. L. Thangmawia also visits DBL company at their camp, who took up Champhai Road Construction under NHIDCL. He requests those incharge to continue the following works as soon as possible: the construction of Kawlkulh Field No 2, to repair the linking of Pu Aichhinga Road (Puilo to Tuichang) with National Highway and to quickly handle and process the Rs 6 lakhs fund to be given for the construction of Puilo Health Clinic Centre from CSR. DBL Project Manager Mr. Simanta Sharma confirms that after the return of the workers on leave due to Diwali holidays, the works requested by MLA will be started and the CSR fund of 6 lakhs will be processed and be given within 15 days.
