Aizawl, November 29, 2021: 

Lunglei DC Pu Kulothungan A, IAS today visited various work sites under MGNREGA within Lunglei RD Block. He was accompanied by DRDA Project Director Pu K. Lalrohlua, BDO Pu David Lalrinawma, DIPRO Pi C. Lalremruati and other officials. The team visited ongoing work sites within Pukpui, Serkawn, Venglai and Luangmual.

The DC & team interacted with ground level RD functionaries, and Village Council leaders at these sites, and discussed ongoing works and further plan of action for the current financial year. The DC reminded officials and VCs to work in proper coordination, and to always put citizens’ welfare first while implementing Government schemes. He expressed satisfaction at the quality of works undertaken, and encouraged them to continue working in earnest.
