AIZAWL, the 25th July 2025: A preparatory meeting was held today at the DC Conference Hall to deliberate on the upcoming Army Recruitment Rally scheduled to be held from August 7 to 9 at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, Mualpuia. The meeting was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner Pu Zoramsiama Hmar.

Officials from the Army Recruitment Office, representatives from 17 government departments, and members of Salem Veng Local Council and YMA attended the meeting.

The meeting focused on ensuring the smooth and effective conduct of the rally, with detailed discussions on essential arrangements and departmental responsibilities. Tasks were assigned to various departments based on their roles and capabilities.

Addl. DC Pu Zoramsiama Hmar thanked all participants and urged them to carry out their responsibilities sincerely and efficiently, and concluded the meeting on a positive note.
