Aizawl, 14th April, 2021 : The 130th Birth Anniversary of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar, who was the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, was commemorated today across the country. In Mizoram, the Mizoram Legislative Assembly Secretariat officers leh staff, led by their Commissioner & Secretary Pu H.Lalrinawma, assembled together and read out the ‘Preamble of the Indian Constituion’. Following the Goverment of Mizoram’s Office Memorandum No.F.23012/1/2020-GAD dtd.12.4.2021, all offices and other important goverment places in the state also observed the occasion by holding mass-reading of the Preamble at 11:00 a.m. this forenoon.
