Vigilance Awareness Week, 2023 is to be observed in the whole of India from today, i.e. 30th October till 5th November, 2023. This year the theme is - 'Say no to corruption, commit to the Nation'.

Starting off the Vigilance Week in Mizoram too, Chief Secretary Dr. Renu Sharma led the officials and staff of the Mizoram Secretariat, MINECO this morning in taking the 'Integrity Pledge' in the Secretariat Courtyard. Likewise, all Heads of Offices under the State Government also led the employees in their respective offices in taking the Integrity Pledge, in which each government servant avowed to follow probity and rule of law in all walks of life, to neither take nor offer bribe, to perform all tasks in an honest and transparent manner, to act in public interest, to lead by example exhibiting integrity in personal behavior and to report any incident of corruption to the appropriate agency.
