Aizawl, the 30th August 2021: For the general public safety from fraud advertisement for recruitment of Sub Inspector and Constable that was circulated online recently, the Mizoram Police Headquarters issued a press release as shown below.

“It has come to the notice of Mizoram Police Headquarters that fake advertisement for recruitment of Sub Inspector and Constable has been circulated online recently by one webpage- fresherjobnearme.com through a link fresherjobnearme.com/mizoram-police-jobs/. It is mentioned in the webpage that a notification inviting applications only through online mode for recruitment to the post of SI / Constable on contract and on a consolidated pay basis has been released by Mizoram Police. It is hereby clarified that Mizoram Police does not release any such notification and that this advertisement is fake.

The general public is therefore advised and cautioned not to fall prey to this fake advertisement and job offer. In this regard, actions have also been taken to identify the originator of this webpage”.
