Notification on Adoption of Final Electoral Roll for Local Council By-Election, 2026

Aizawl the 15th July, 2026: In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 243K of the Constitution of India read with sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Election to Local Councils) Rules, 2015, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies that the Final Electoral Rolls of Aizawl Municipal Corporation, 2026 Ward No. I, as far as it relates to 1/1 - Selesih Local Council, shall be adopted mutatis mutandis for the forthcoming By-Election to Local Councils under Aizawl Municipality and Lunglei Municipality, 2026.
