NOTIFICATION

In view of the ongoing developmental works in and around the Lammual area and the need to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic for the upcoming festive season, all applicants seeking permission for use of Lammual Ground shall henceforth submit a Traffic Management Plan along with their application.

The Traffic Management Plan shall include provision for an adequate number of Traffic Wardens, commensurate with the nature and expected attendance of the event, and shall be duly certified by the Superintendent of Police, Traffic.

Allotment for use of Lammual Ground shall be issued only upon submission of the duly certified Traffic Management Plan, in addition to fulfilment of the other requirements prescribed under the Guidelines issued vide No. F.12013/2/2025-DCA(JUD)/17 dated 03.07.2025.
