In his address, Deputy Commissioner Pu K. He stated that people suffering from drug addiction are among those most in need of support and assistance. He encouraged the gathering to use their knowledge and skills to help those struggling with addiction find a better path in life. He said that even if one cannot perform great deeds, a few words of encouragement and kindness can make a significant difference in the lives of those battling addiction.
He further urged the participants to send messages of hope and encouragement to those who have become trapped in addiction, lost confidence in their ability to recover and are spending their days in despair and hopelessness. Addressing the students present, he encouraged them to use their time, talents, and abilities to help safeguard the district, the state, and the community from the menace of drugs.
