Aizawl the 11th September, 2025 : I) ZONE - A: Parking of VIP Carcade, Ambulance, Fire Tender and other functionally required vehicles.
Parking Zone: Near the old A.R Cinema Hall inside the vicinity of Lammual.
Reserved: Exclusively for the VIP carcade, Ambulance, Fire Tender and other functionally required vehicles.
II) ZONE- B: Paring for VIP
Parking Zone : Between Canteen Kual and the old A.R Quarter Guard opposite to SBI Main Branch (road side parking)
Reserved for: Vehicles of dignitaries on the dais, Ministers, MLAs and accompanying delegates of the VIPs
Colour Code: The RED coloured car pass will be valid for this parking zone
iii) ZONE - C: Parking for Senior Officers

iv) ZONE - D: Parking for Government Officials

Reserved for: | Addl. Secretaries and Jt. Secretaries or equivalent designation under the Government of Mizoram. |
Colour Code: | The GREEN coloured car pass will be valid for this parking zone. |
v) ZONE - E: Parking for Government Officials
Parking Zone: | I&PR Office Parking |
Reserved for: | Government officials below Jt. Secretaries and equivalent designation |
Colour Code: | The BLUE coloured car pass will be valid for this parking zone. |
vi) ZONE - F: Parking for Media Vehicles
Parking Zone: | Tennis Court to Solomon’s Cave (road-side parking) |
Reserved for: | Media persons |
VII) ZONE- G: Parking for Public:
Parking for public is arranged at the below mentioned locations:
a) Roadside Parking of Treasury Office/ ICCC: Parking area for LMV (Capacity - 20 LMVs)
b) Roadside Parking of Planning Office: Parking for LMV (Capacity 10 LMVs).
c) Roadside parking along Tennis Court to Land Revenue and Settlement Office: Parking for Two Wheelers (Capacity 70 two wheelers)
d) Roadside Parking in front of Commerce and Industries Office, Khatla: Parking for two wheelers (Capacity - 100 two wheelers)
e) Roadside Parking along City Park: Parking for Two Wheelers (Capacity - 70 two wheelers).
VIII) ZONE - H : Parking for Buses
Approximately 41 buses ( 15 buses for students and 26 buses for government employees) will be used for ferrying of students and government officials. After the buses dropped the students and government employees, these buses will move along MG Road, Khatla andd ake a right turn at Sikulpuikawn: then proceed towards MINECO where they will parked during the inaugural function.
