Aizawl the 17th September, 2024 : Consequent upon the omission of "Taxation Department" from the First Schedule of the Government of Mizoram (Transaction of Business) Rules, 2014 under the heading "List of Departments" and from the Fortieth Schedule of the Government of Mizoram (Allocation of Business) Rules, 2019 vide notifications No.A.46012/l/2022-GAD dt.23.08.2024 issued by GAD, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to delete "Taxation Department" from the list of Departments allocated to Dr. Vanlalthlana, Minister vide this Department's Notification of even No. dated 08.12.2023.
