Lawngtlai, the 29th May, 2021: MLA for Lawngtlai East Assembly Constituency & Vice Chairman, Agriculture Development Board Pu H. Biakzaua today visited duty posts of certain Village Level Task Forces (VLTFs) within Lawngtlai town under his constituency and handed over cash and other essential items as relief and support for lockdown affected families and VLTFs.

Pu H. Biakzaua when visiting eight VLTFs of Lawngtlai town, namely, Electric Veng, Lawngtlai-III, Bazar Veng, New Vengpui, Lawngtlai Vengpui, Council Veng, Bethel Veng and Chandmary, handed over to each VLTF Rs 40,000/- each for relief to lockdown affected families within their respective localities and Rs 5,000/- each for support to the respective VLTF along with supplies of face masks and hand sanitisers. He also handed over Rs 20,000/- to Central Young Lai Association (CYLA) for use in their fight against COVID-19.
