Aizawl, the 1st December 2021: Pu Vanlaltlana, a retired Chief Engineer, was sworn in as the new member of Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) at the swearing in ceremony held at Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan, Aizawl this forenoon.

After the appointment order was read out by Pi Renu Sharma, Chief Secretary, Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati administered the oath of office to Pu Vanlaltlana at the ceremony. Dy CM Pu Tawnluia, Speaker Pu Lalrinliana Sailo and other dignitaries attended the swearing in programme.

Pu Vanlaltlanga hold the degree of ME(Electrical) from University of Western Sydney, Australia. Prior to this appointment Pu Vanlaltlana served with Power & Electricity Department, Government of Mizoram in various positions and then rose to the rank of Chief Engineer before his retirement.
