6th August, 2024: Spot Round counseling against the vacant seats of Degree level Engineering and Architecture course reserved against the seat matrix 2024 and business rules for the academic session 2024-25.
It is brought to the notice of all concerned candidates that the Spot Round Counseling of CSAB NEUT-2024 for allotment of vacant seats of Degree level Engineering and Architecture course reserved in various institutions is scheduled to be held on 08.08.2024 at 10.00 am onwards in the Hall No. I of Technical Wing Office, Lily Veng, Chaltlang, Higher & Technical education Department.
The Spot Round allotment will be made to candidates as per JEE (Main) 2024 Rank and category-wise vacant seats for Engineering and Architecture seats at the time of counseling. The details of eligibility requirement of academic qualifications for allotment of degree level Engineering and Architecture may be seen in the CSAB NEUT-2024 information Brochure.
Hence, all eligible/ interested candidates are requested to obtain pre designed form from the Technical Wing Office, Lily Veng, Chaltlang, Higher & Technical education Department at the cost of ₹ 10/- and submit the same with self-attested copy of documents enlisted in the form on or before 06.08.2024 up to 5.00 pm.
The eligible/interested candidates are required to bring all documents in support of their eligibility and category in original, the candidates are also required to bring two passport size photograph identical to the one pasted on the JEE (Main)-2024 application form. The candidates are also required to bring ₹ 5000/- as Security Deposit which shall be refundable after admission in the allotted Institute with production of Cash Receipt and admission letter duly signed by the Principal/Director.
Further, the aspiring students are advised to ensure that he/ she fulfills the state's eligibility criteria during Spot Round counseling. Further details in this regard can be obtained from the CSAB website https://csab.nic.in. It will be the sole responsibility of the candidate to verify his/her eligibility and/or special eligibility for a particular course /program/Institute. The CSAB NEUT- 2024 or Organizing official of H&TE will not be responsible for any cancellation of seats due to non- fulfillment of minimum eligibility and/or special eligibility conditions if any.
