Hnahthial the 30th October 2023: Expenditure Observer to the 29-South Tuipui (ST) Assembly Constituency, Shri Bal Krishan Gopal, IRS conducted second inspection of the contesting candidate’s Registers today at DC’S Office Hnahthial to ensure free and fair election as well as provide a level playing field for all the candidates in the upcoming Mizoram Legislative Assembly Election.

Daily cash registers, bank registers, bank statements as well as vouchers of the candidates were scrutinized today. Register maintained by the accounting team were also reviewed cross-checking with the daily reports of various teams such as VVT,VST, FST, SST etc in order to ensure there is no discrepancies in the preparation for the upcoming election. Besides the Expenditure observer, Assistant Expenditure Observer, Accounting team as well as candidate’s expenditure agents were present today. The third inspection will follow shortly.
