STAFF OF LUNGLEI DC OFFICE AND UD&PA JOINTLY ORGANISED CLEANLINESS DRIVE.

Lunglei; the 5th August,2023: Staff of DC office and UD&PA Jointly organised cleanliness drive along the NH-302 stretch between Pukpui and Zotlang as a part of Swachh survekshan undertakings.

In today's cleanliness drive, Roadside's tree-trunks were white wash with Lime and unwanted roadside's vegetation was weeded out. Scraps and debris, any type of waste materials and rags lying on the road and roadside were also collected to be disposed properly.

Lunglei DC Pi Ramdinliani earnestly thanked DC office's staff and UP&PA office's staff for Jointly conducting this type of social work voluntarily and added that, a healthy cleanliness competition was going on amongst towns and cities of India under Swachh Survekshan, so for Lunglei town to fare well in the Competition, we need to do this type of social works more often with concerted efforts from all quarters, she added.
