STATE ELECTION COMMISSION NOTIFIES MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR BY-ELECTION IN CHAKMA AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT COUNCIL

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (7) of Section 3 of the Chakma Autonomous District Council (Village Councils) Act, 2002 as amended, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies that the Model Code of Conduct for Political Parties, Candidates and Persons holding public offices is hereby enforced within upon 20 -Arotinagar, 30 - Jarulsury-I & 47 - Vaseitlang-II Village Council Constituencies with immediate effect till Announcement of the Result of By-Election.
