Aizawl dated 16th December 2021: SVEEP Campaign aiming to educate the new young voters among Higher Secondary School Students on the importance of electoral enrollment was conducted at Bilkhawthlir Higher Secondary School today. Similar SVEEP Campaigns were carried out at Bairabi and Vairengte HSS earlier this week.

Today's Campaign at Bilkhawthlir mainly emphasized on timely enrollment of young citizens, who are turning 18 years, as well as active participation of newly enrolled voters in the electoral system. Through the SVEEP campaign, the students were made aware of the process of electoral enrollment, Special Summary Revision of E-roll and the importance of participation.

Besides Higher Secondary Schools, SVEEP Awareness campaigns are also being carried out through electronic media.
