Aizawl; the 27th September,2021: To take stock of the situation Tipa Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) Shri. Lalhmingliana MCS and Shri. J. Vanlalramengzauva APO RD Dept  visited Online Class ran under Makeshift thatch Hut, constructed by students belonging to Mawhre village which was located at Indo-Myanmar border.

Students of Chapi village which is also situated near Mawhre village have also joined Students of Mawhre village in their makeshift huts to pursue their online class as Myanmar Networks Teflon, which they used to accessed  earlier from their village, have become defunct of late.

Eventhough Airtel Tower was there at Mawhre village,  internet signal is very poor and inadequate for online Class, and forcing students to take an uphill climb of about 3Kms to access better signal from the vantage  point at the mountain top everyday.

Leaders of Mara Students organisation(MSO Sub.Hqrs), VC members and prominent elders of Mawhre village warmly welcomed visiting officials and accompanied them to mountain Top where online class was going on in fullswing. Students have informed various difficulties they had endured due to poor  internet connectivity to the visiting officials, they also requested to provide them with corrugated IG sheet for roofing their 4 huts.

Shri.Lalhmingliana assured them of his utmost help to ameliorate their sufferings, and gave them Silpaulins for their 4 Makeshift Huts and Rs.2000/- as of today.
