In the run up to Mizoram State Games 2019, slated on 9-13 December this year designed for all out competition of all  Assembly Constituencies within the State in 32 Sports disciplines,   the 24-Champhai South Assembly Constituency Level Committee held consultation meeting at Circuit House Conference Hall, Champhai yesterday. The Meeting was conducted under its Chairman Pu TJ Lalnuntluanga, MLA & Law and Judicial Minister, Government of Mizoram.

Pu TJ Lalnuntluanga stated that the Mizoram State Games  will be a platform to find out young talented sports enthusiasts and to promote them to be a better performers. Describing the motive behind the upcoming State Games,  he urged the public under the constituency to come out in support by  any means as the State games is an event to remember for the players are representing the whole constituency as one. He further  asked all the players and leaders to fulfill their duties and bring laurels for the  constituency without asking more in return. 

Secretary report Tv. Jacob Lalnunhlima gave report followed by reports by incharges representing various sports disciplines.  Also at the meeting fund raising, lodging and fooding at the venue were also discussed at length, the committee unanimously agreed to use Sky Blue colour as  Champhai South Assembly Constituency Flag and Jersey. 

Meeting withnessed the presence of Pu Rex Zarzoliana Vanchhawng, SP Champhai, Advisor; Pu Zoremthara Ralte, SDO Sadar, Working Chairman, SDO Sadar; Dr. Lallawmkima, DIPRO and members of  various Sports displines for Mizoram State Games 2019,  Champhai South Assembly Constituency, among others.
