The Pradhan Mantri Innovative Learning Programme: DHRUV was concluded on 23rd October, 2019 at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi. A Govt. Mizo High School Student Lalruatpuii was one of the selected candidates for this learning programme. She was accompanied by the School Education Department Joint Director and SPD Samagra Shiksha Shri Lalhmachuana. Lalruatpuii represented Mizoram in National Kala Utsav last year in the Vocal Female Category.

The Pradhan Mantri Innovative Learning Programme: DHRUV is India’s initiative to identify and encourage talented children to enrich their skills and knowledge. In centres of excellence across the country, talented children will be mentored and nurtured by renowned experts in different areas to reach their full potential.
