Aizawl the 24th January, 2025 : No.B.14015/3/2025-SEC/LC/4 : In partial modification of this Commission’s notification of even number dated:14.01.2025 and in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 & sub-rule (2) of Rule 4 of the Mizoram (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby appoints Pu Isaac Lalrempuia, MCS, Deputy Secretary, Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (CSW) & Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation Department as Election Observer for all Village Councils within Kolasib District (East) vice Pi Lalhlimpuii Ralte, MCS, Joint Director Land, Revenue & Settlement Department.

The Officer so appointed shall be deemed to be on deputation to the State Election Commission, Mizoram for the period during which he is so deployed and subjected to the control, superintendence and discipline of the State Election Commission under the provision of Rule 15 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Election to Local Councils) Rules, 2015.
