Lunglei the 3rd June, 2023 - Lunglei Battalion of Headquarter 23 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarter 'Inspector General Assam Rifles (East)' Orangised  Books Donation at Bethel Orphanage Centre, Lunglei today.

A  breakfast for underprivileged children was organised. Warm clothes voluntarily donated by soldiers of Battalion were also distributed amongst children to help them bide through chilly winters.

Colonel Bejoy R, Commandant 3 Assam Rifles, Lunglei Battalion  donated 350 Books along with magazines and comics among  150 children of Bethel Orphanage Centre.

The event was orgainsed as part of World Environment  Day.
