Dated Serchhip, the 18th Mrch, 2021: A nodal officers for the coming 26 Serchhip ST AC Bye Election meeting is held today at DC Meeting Hall under the chair of District Election Officer Kumar Abhishek, IAS who is also the Deputy Commissioner and the Returning Officer for the said bye Election.

In the meeting, the Nodal Officer present the initiatives they have taken so far for the preparation of the election one by one and then discussion follows on their future preparation. Most important topics of discussion are Model Code of Conduct, Expenditure Monitoring, Welfare of Observers, Helpline & Redressal mechanism, Communication Plan & Manpower Management, Strong Room & EVM Management , Law & Order and other Security Matters such as Cyber Security and Media Plans.

There are thirteen Nodal Officers appointed for the coming Bye Election and all officers present this meeting.
