Dated Serchhip, the 12th October, 2020: International Girl Child Day celebration cum Prize Distribution of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao District Level Photography Competition programme is held today at Serchhip DC Conference Hall. Mr. Lalmuansanga Ralte, MSC, Addl DC graced the function as Chief Guest.

The programme is chaired by Mr. K. Saitluanga, MIS, Convener Photography Competition. After delevery of his speech the Chief Guest give away the prizes to the winners. The winners in DSLR Category are: First Prize is given to Mathew Lalruatkima, Serchhip Bazar; second prize to Lalrinliana Serchhip Vengchung; and third prize to Lalramliana Serchhip respectively. Five competitors are given a Consolation Prize. Those winners are; Mr. Lalhruaitluanga, Serchhip Vengchung, Mrs. Lalruatdiki Serchhip Vengchung, Mr. K. Lalpekhlua, Serchhip Dinthar, Mr. C. Lalrochhuanga, New Serchhip and Mr Elisian Sailo, Serchhip Bazar respectively.

Mobile Phone Category winners are: First prize goes to Sailoliana E. Lungdar; second to Jacob Ramdinthara, Leisang Veng, Serchhip, and third to Richard Zorinsanga respectively. Five Consolation Prizes winners are: Mr. Lallawmsiama, Serchhip Vengchung, Mr. VL Rinhlupuia, Dinthar Veng, Mr. C. Lallawmzuala, Thenzawl Ramthar Veng, Mr. C. Ramengmawia, Serchhip Tuikhuah Veng, and Mr. CMS Dawngliana, New Serchhip Bazar respectively.

In the programme the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao sensitization campaign is done by Mrs V. Lalruatsangi, Women Welfare Officer, Mahila Shakti Kendra, Serchhip.
