Aizawl, the 16th September, 2021: A meeting of the Screening Committee on PMAY-Housing for All (Urban), Champhai District was held today at DC Conference Hall under the Chairmanship of Pi Maria C.T Zuali, Deputy Commissioner, Champhai.

The meeting discussed at length about the curtailment of DPR under Beneficiary-led-Construction for Champhai Town & Census Town under Champhai, and also deliberated on Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) for the financial year 2021-2022. After the Committee was apprised of the guidelines of the Scheme and discussed the parameters for keeping in mind while reviewing the applications, the committee owing to various incompetences decided to drop 39 applications received under PMAY-Housing for All (Urban). Applications received under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) was reported as 70 against the target number of 150.

The meeting was attended by Pi R.Lalnunkimi, DUDO & Member Secretary, District Screening Committee, SDO Sadar, SO, DIPRO, Representatives of MLA, Bank/Primary Lending Institutions and Joint VC.
