Dated Hnahthial the 22^nd June, 2026: The Office of the District Civil Supplies Officer, Hnahthial, has invited proposals for financial assistance under the Mizoram Consumer Welfare (Corpus) Fund in accordance with the Mizoram Consumer Welfare Fund Guidelines, 2022. Eligible organizations and individuals are encouraged to submit projects aimed at enhancing consumer literacy, education, rural consumer empowerment, and other consumer welfare-related activities. Priority will be given to initiatives benefiting rural and disadvantaged consumers. Proposals must be submitted online to fcsamizoram@gmail.com on or before 3^rd July, 2026. NOTICE

In line with the Mizoram Consumer Welfare Fund Guidelines, 2022, proposals are invited for financial assistance from the Consumer Welfare (Corpus) Fund to support projects aimed at promoting consumers' welfare. Eligibles entitles/individuals are encouraged to submit proposals focused on consumer literacy, education, rural consumer empowerment, and other related activities.

Key Guidelines:

1. Proposals should align with the objectives of the Mizoram Consumer Welfare Fund Guidelines, 2022.

2. Priority will be given to projects, especially those benefiting rural and disadvantaged consumers.

3. Eligible applicants will be as per the guidelines.

4. No financial grants under any circumstances shall be disbursed to any NGO without obtaining a unique ID no. generated from NGO Darpan Portal of Niti Aayog.
