As a part of the National Integration Camp(NIC) being held currently at the State Training Centre Tanhril, Festival of Light was held at the venue on Saturday, the 21st January. The Festival of Light was inaugurated by Aizawl Station Commander and also the Commanding Officer 457 Field Hospital Col V K Iyengar. Col Iyengar said that National Integration Camps go a long way in strengthening unity and culturing the spirit of universal love and brotherhood among the diverse communities of the country.

Different cultural dances from the participants of various states held on the occasion. More than 600 Scouts & Guides from all over the country are taking part in the six day National Integration Camp being held from 18th – 24th January 2012.
