Aizawl the 15th August, 2022 : The Gauhati High Court, Aizawl Bench today celebrated the 76th Independence Day at the court premises, with Hon'ble Mr. Justice Michael Zothankhuma unfurling the tricolour which was given salute by the 225 Bn. CRPF.

This morning's celebration was also graced by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Nelson Sailo, Judge, Gauhati High Court and Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Marli Vankung, Judge, Gauhati High Court. Pu Joel Joseph Denga, Registrar, Gauhati High Court, Aizawl Bench along with Registry Officers, Mizoram Judicial Officers, members of the Mizoram Bar Association, Govt advocates and residents of the nearby localities were also present. Special invitees included Govt. Primary School Ainawn Veng, Special Blind School, Gan Sabra, Old Age Home and pensioners of the Gauhati High Court, Aizawl Bench.
