In exercise of the powers inferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India (read with Rule 6 of the CCS(CCA) Rules, 1965) and in~" supersession of the previous Notifications regarding Classification of Posts, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to direct that with immediate effect all civil posts under the Government of Mizoram shall be classified as follows :-
