HEALTH MINISTER DR. R. LALTHANGLIANA FELICITATES AVBD PROGRAMME

Aizawl, the 15th April, 2021: Health Minister Dr. R.Lalthangliana felicitated AVBD function today at his office chamber today.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. R.Lalthangliana expressed his deep appreciation of the NSS volunteers who donated their blood especially during the pandemic. He also thanked the NSS coordinator for creating opportunities to donate and raise awareness on the need for safe blood and seamless supply of blood for patients.
