Hnahthial the 6th November 2023: Expenditure Observer to the 29-South Tuipui (ST) Assembly Constituency, Shri Bal Krishan Gopal, IRS conducted the third and final inspection of the contesting candidate’s Registers today at DC’S Office Hnahthial to ensure free and fair election as well as provide a level playing field for all the three candidates- Shri C Laldintluanga INC, Dr R Lalthangliana, MNF and Shri Jeje Lalpekhlua, ZPM in the upcoming Mizoram Legislative Assembly Election.

The expenditure Observer scrupulously inspected the Daily cash registers, bank registers, bank statements as well as vouchers of the candidates. Shadow Observation Register (SOR) maintained by the accounting team were also scrutinized today to ensure there is no discrepancies in the preparation for the upcoming election. Besides the Expenditure observer, Assistant Expenditure Observer, Accounting team, candidate’s expenditure agents as well as Video Viewing Teams were present today.
