Kolasib dated 24th July 2023: As part of the on-going preparation for the Mizoram's General Election later this year, the District Election Officer, Kolasib Mr. John LT Sanga flagged off EVM Demonstration Van this morning.

The DEO said that familiarization with the EVM machine and its operation is a crucial knowledge in the process of voting. The EVM Demonstration Van will visit all 89 polling stations in the district and some selected areas as well. He also encouraged the public to take active part in the initiatives taken under Election Office to spread awareness and important information for the smooth conduct of election in the district.
