Kolasib dated 2nd August 2023: With 1st July 2023 as qualifying date, Mr. John LT Sanga, Deputy Commissioner, Kolasib district published Draft Electoral Roll of 4-Tuirial, 5-Kolasib and 6-Serlui Assembly Constituency today at DC Conference Hall. As per the Draft Electoral Roll there are a total of 62659 voters in the district, of which 18249 are voters from Tuirial, 23713 from Kolasib and 20697 voters are from Serlui Assembly Constituency.

The draft roll was published for the purpose of carrying out Special Summary Revision of Electoral Roll with 1st October 2023 as qualifying date. Forms for Addition, Deletion and alteration of the Electoral roll will be entertain till 31st August 2023 through Booth Level Officers and the final Electoral roll is scheduled to be publish on 4th October 2023. The publication of draft electoral roll was attended by RO, ARO, AERO, members of District Level Standing Committee and representatives from various political parties.
