Siaha;the 19th March,2021:   District Tobacco Control Cell, Siaha organized  Law Enforcers Training on COTPA,2003  at DMS conference Hall,District Hospital here at Siaha, today.

 Dr. C. Hnichho District Nodal officer and Chief Medical officer presided the today's Training programme and Dr. H. Lianthangpuia,State Nodal Officer,  National Tobacco Control Programme (NTCP) and Joint Director, Dental delivered speech on this occassion. Shri.R. Lalremruata, State Consultant  expounded at length the  achievements and challenges in the execution of COTPA,2003 in Mizoram State.

Smt.Vanlalzari,State Legal Consultant  gave lectures by power point presentation  on COTPA,2003.

Today's Training was attended by Police, Traffic Police and Anti- Tobacco Squad member of Siaha  district.
